HEAMCLOT™ XL-500 Tab and HEAMCLOT™ XL-500 injection contains Tranexamic acid 500mg is comparatively inhibits activation of plasminogen to Plasmin and exerts class of antifibrinolytic drug and 10 times more potent as compared to aminocaproic acid. Indications – Recommended in all types of Bleeding of varied etiology as in Epistaxis, Malena, Metrorrhegia, menorrhagia hemoptysis, hematemesis, hematuria, hematochezia, intraocular bleeding, Postpartum haemorrhage, cerebral haemorrhage, Bleeding associated with traumatic condition, Surgery, tooth extraction, associated bleeding during medical procedure as IUCD Plat, endoscopy, Catheter, lence insertion etc.
